Atelier Social vs Vista Social
Vista Social nests your locations. Atelier Social lets any client grow into locations without you rebuilding anything.
“Every location. One brand.” is a real, working pitch — Vista Social ships it well. The difference is what happens when your client adds an eleventh location next quarter.
The short version
Choose Atelier Social if
- You want that growth handled automatically by tags, plus a native Airtable pipeline and AI-driven reuse.
- You want hierarchy available on the entry tier rather than gated to the top plan.
Choose Vista Social if
- You want the #1 G2 “Easiest to Use” badge behind your choice.
- You need DM automation across a wider platform set, or you're already sold on their franchise-reporting rollup.
Atelier Social vs Vista Social, feature by feature
Every Vista Social verdict below comes from their own public documentation, help centre, feature pages and integrations pages, checked 12 August 2026. A dash means we could not confirm it publicly, which is not the same as saying it does not exist.

To be fair to Vista Social
Where Vista Social is ahead
- A real nested location hierarchy shipped today — “every location, one brand, total control”, with roll-up reporting across locations. Same caveat as Sendible: this is a genuine, working feature.
- The unified inbox spans 13 platforms — broader than Atelier Social's Instagram and Facebook. That's a platform-API limitation on our side, not a design choice, and we're not going to dress it up.
- #1 G2 “Easiest to Use” and #1 Capterra-ranked social media management tool — real third-party recognition.
- Keyword-triggered DM automation, confirmed and documented.
- Competitive entry pricing at $79/mo for the Professional tier.
Where Atelier Social pulls ahead
What you get here that you don't there
- Vista Social's own support docs state follower tracking restarts from the reconnection date, so a disconnected and reconnected account can show a fake growth spike. Atelier Social normalises this.
- Vista Social's daily posting limit is a flat 25/day rolling cap, not a configurable per-weekday cap with a shared occupancy map across manual, bulk and automated posting.
- No Airtable integration on Vista Social's own integrations page — Zapier or API bridge only.
- Reuse automation on Vista Social requires a human to mark a post “Evergreen”. Atelier Social's flywheel doesn't require the manual flag.
Pricing, side by side
Vista Social
Vista Social Professional $79/mo rising to Scale $349/mo, with the location hierarchy and white-label gated to Scale.
Atelier Social
Starter $79/mo (5 tag-groups) · Agency $229/mo (30) · Scale $449/mo (100, hard cap) — billed per tag-group (a niche, brand or location), not per seat or per connected account. Each tag-group bundles up to 8 connected platform accounts at no extra charge.
Starter is a straight price match against Vista Social's entry tier. Be clear on the other end: Atelier Social's top tier costs more than Vista Social Scale. The difference is that tag-based hierarchy is available on every Atelier Social tier including Starter, where Vista Social gates its location hierarchy to Scale.
Two things we don't offer, stated plainly: there is no white-label option on any tier, and there is no unlimited tier — Scale caps at 100 tag-groups by design, and anything beyond that is a custom-quote conversation.
