Atelier Social vs Sendible

Sendible nests your franchise clients. Atelier Social does it without a separate mode.

Sendible's Workspaces feature genuinely handles multi-location clients — it's real, and it's good. Atelier Social's tag system does the same job as part of how every account works, not as a bolt-on.

The short version

Choose Atelier Social if

  • You want client hierarchy, reuse automation and Airtable sourcing in one system that doesn't need a separate “franchise mode”.
  • You want per-weekday scheduling caps enforced everywhere, not just preferred time slots.

Choose Sendible if

  • You need a mature, purpose-built franchise/location product today.
  • You specifically want per-branch permission control without password sharing — Sendible's Workspaces are built and shipped for exactly this.

Every Sendible verdict below comes from their own public documentation, help centre, feature pages and integrations pages, checked 12 August 2026. A dash means we could not confirm it publicly, which is not the same as saying it does not exist.

To be fair to Sendible

Where Sendible is ahead

  • Workspaces is a real, shipped, purpose-built franchise/location feature — “organise every client, brand or location in its own workspace”, with client-safe dashboards that don't require sharing passwords. That is more mature than a comparison page should ever try to talk over.
  • Segmented go-to-market by use case (agencies, multi-location, professional services, enterprise) — a prospect can self-identify faster on Sendible's site than on a generic multi-brand pitch.
  • Sendible explicitly undercuts Hootsuite, Sprout and Agorapulse on price at scale.
  • Established base: 30,000+ agencies, marketers and brand managers, with named case studies carrying hard numbers (RE/MAX Realtron: 1,200 agents, 330 accounts).

Where Atelier Social pulls ahead

What you get here that you don't there

  • Client hierarchy isn't a separate mode — the same tag mechanism that routes everyday content also handles a client growing from 1 to N accounts, with no reconfiguration.
  • Native Airtable OAuth content sourcing — Sendible has no confirmed Airtable integration at all, not even via Zapier.
  • Reuse automation with AI rewrite and currently-trending hashtag rotation — Sendible's queue reposts the same or lightly varied caption on a timer.
  • Per-weekday scheduling caps via one shared occupancy map — Sendible has time-slot queues, not enforced count caps.

Pricing, side by side

Sendible

Sendible Core around $29–35/mo rising to Enterprise around $750–1,050/mo (published figures vary by source and annual toggle).

Atelier Social

Starter $79/mo (5 tag-groups) · Agency $229/mo (30) · Scale $449/mo (100, hard cap) — billed per tag-group (a niche, brand or location), not per seat or per connected account. Each tag-group bundles up to 8 connected platform accounts at no extra charge.

Sendible's entry tier undercuts Atelier Social Starter. At the enterprise end, Atelier Social's top tier costs under half of Sendible Enterprise while including the reuse automation and native Airtable sourcing Sendible doesn't have.

Two things we don't offer, stated plainly: there is no white-label option on any tier, and there is no unlimited tier — Scale caps at 100 tag-groups by design, and anything beyond that is a custom-quote conversation.
