By creating an account or using Atelier Social ("Atelier", "the Service"), operated at ateliersocial.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Atelier Social is a social-media scheduling, publishing, engagement (comment and direct-message inbox, auto-replies), and paid-boost tool. It lets you connect third-party social accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok) and act on those accounts on your behalf using the OAuth permissions you grant.
You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish through Atelier. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the rules of each social platform you publish to. You authorize Atelier to transmit your content to those platforms using the access tokens you provide via OAuth.
When publishing to TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or any other connected platform, you agree to comply with that platform's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and acceptable use policies. Atelier is not responsible for content moderation decisions made by those platforms.
You will not use Atelier to publish unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content; to spam; to impersonate others; or to circumvent the rate limits or policies of any connected social platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your social accounts at any time from the Accounts page.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, and we are not liable for failed posts, platform API outages, or content removed by third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
