Atelier Social vs Publer
Publer is the best budget scheduler on this list. Atelier Social is what you need once budget scheduling isn't the whole job.
No dishonesty here: Publer punches well above its price. This page is for the agency that's outgrown what a $10-per-account tool can do, not one deciding whether Publer is good — it is.
The short version
Choose Atelier Social if
- Client hierarchy, native Airtable sourcing and a real engagement, boosting and analytics stack matter more than the lowest price.
- You need weekday-configurable caps and rule-based inbox automation.
Choose Publer if
- Budget is the primary constraint.
- Publer's scheduling depth, which is genuinely strong for the price, already covers what you need.
Atelier Social vs Publer, feature by feature
Every Publer verdict below comes from their own public documentation, help centre, feature pages and integrations pages, checked 12 August 2026. A dash means we could not confirm it publicly, which is not the same as saying it does not exist.

To be fair to Publer
Where Publer is ahead
- The cheapest true per-account pricing found anywhere in this audit, at around $10 per account per month on the agency-recommended Business tier, with unlimited free workspaces.
- The closest thing found anywhere in this audit to a real cap-aware next-slot scheduler: Publer's bulk scheduler walks forward until it finds a slot with no scheduled posts that hasn't exceeded the daily post limit.
- Confirmed bulk auto-spread respecting a daily post limit, and a confirmed boost-existing-post feature.
- Its help docs explicitly separate recycling (evergreen) from recurring posts (date-sensitive) — the closest any competitor comes to seasonality-aware reuse guidance, even as manual categorisation.
Where Atelier Social pulls ahead
What you get here that you don't there
- No client or location hierarchy — Publer's workspaces are flat, and accounts move between peer workspaces rather than nesting under one client.
- No native Airtable integration on Publer's own integrations page.
- No confirmed rule-based inbox automation or Meta Handover Protocol handling.
- No per-weekday cap concept — Publer's cap is a flat daily limit — and no confirmed AI rewrite that adapts tone per platform beyond spintax-style manual variation.
Pricing, side by side
Publer
Publer Business around $10 per account per month.
Atelier Social
Starter $79/mo (5 tag-groups) · Agency $229/mo (30) · Scale $449/mo (100, hard cap) — billed per tag-group (a niche, brand or location), not per seat or per connected account. Each tag-group bundles up to 8 connected platform accounts at no extra charge.
Same crossover dynamic as the Buffer comparison, since Publer also bills per raw account: one niche on a single platform is cheaper on Publer ($10 against roughly $15.80 per tag-group at Starter). The same niche across four or more platforms already costs $40+/mo on Publer — more than Atelier Social's per-tag-group rate at any tier. Where the crossover falls depends entirely on how many platforms each niche actually runs.
Two things we don't offer, stated plainly: there is no white-label option on any tier, and there is no unlimited tier — Scale caps at 100 tag-groups by design, and anything beyond that is a custom-quote conversation.
