Atelier Social vs SocialPilot
SocialPilot scales to hundreds of accounts. Atelier Social makes each one arrive there without extra setup.
SocialPilot's pitch is raw scale — 500+ posts scheduled at once, 100+ accounts managed comfortably. Atelier Social's pitch is what happens when one of those accounts is actually a client that keeps growing.
The short version
Choose Atelier Social if
- You want account growth — one client becoming many linked accounts — handled by the same system as everyday tagging.
- You want native Airtable sourcing and per-weekday caps rather than time-slot queues.
Choose SocialPilot if
- White-label reselling is the actual business model. Atelier Social has no white-label option on any tier.
- The lowest possible per-seat price at real scale is the priority.
Atelier Social vs SocialPilot, feature by feature
Every SocialPilot verdict below comes from their own public documentation, help centre, feature pages and integrations pages, checked 12 August 2026. A dash means we could not confirm it publicly, which is not the same as saying it does not exist.

To be fair to SocialPilot
Where SocialPilot is ahead
- A real white-label offering — a genuine option if your business model is reselling the platform under your own brand, which Atelier Social doesn't offer at any tier.
- The cheapest true entry tier among the agency-positioned tools checked, around $20/mo for Essentials.
- A large, established base: 15,000+ customers and 5 billion+ posts published, with named case studies.
- Boosts an existing post directly from the dashboard, confirmed.
- A genuine, if partial, AI hashtag suggestion tied to some performance signal.
Where Atelier Social pulls ahead
What you get here that you don't there
- No client or location hierarchy concept — SocialPilot's group accounts are for publishing convenience, not a nested structure, and there's no confirmed roll-up reporting across a group.
- Bulk CSV import of up to 500 posts requires manually set dates and times per row, with no auto-distribution respecting caps.
- No native Airtable integration — a Zapier bridge only, with no base or table browsing and no per-record de-duplication.
- No confirmed reuse automation with AI rewrite and live-trending hashtag rotation, and no per-weekday cap system beyond time-slot queues.
Pricing, side by side
SocialPilot
SocialPilot Essentials around $20/mo rising to Ultimate around $170–200/mo.
Atelier Social
Starter $79/mo (5 tag-groups) · Agency $229/mo (30) · Scale $449/mo (100, hard cap) — billed per tag-group (a niche, brand or location), not per seat or per connected account. Each tag-group bundles up to 8 connected platform accounts at no extra charge.
SocialPilot's entry tier is cheaper — plainly. At the top end, Ultimate lands close to but still under Atelier Social Agency. The honest framing is that SocialPilot's higher tiers buy raw scale in accounts and seats, while the price difference here buys capabilities SocialPilot doesn't have at any tier: native Airtable, per-weekday caps, and reuse automation with live-trending hashtag rotation.
Two things we don't offer, stated plainly: there is no white-label option on any tier, and there is no unlimited tier — Scale caps at 100 tag-groups by design, and anything beyond that is a custom-quote conversation.
