Data Deletion Request

1. Delete your data yourself (fastest)

If you can sign in to Atelier, you can fully delete your account and every connected platform's tokens, posts, comments, direct messages, boosts, and Airtable connections in one step:

  1. Sign in at ateliersocial.io.
  2. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  3. Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Delete workspace and confirm. This permanently removes the workspace, all posts, all connected social accounts, and all related data.

2. Revoke Atelier from the platform itself

You can also remove Atelier from your social account at any time. The platform will notify us, and we will delete the corresponding data automatically.

3. Submit a deletion request

Use this form if you cannot sign in (for example, you only connected via Facebook Login and never created a separate account, or you have lost access to your email). We will action your request within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 17 and equivalent regulations.

Use the email associated with your Atelier account, or the email tied to the social account you connected.

4. What we delete

When a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile (name, email, avatar).
  • All connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their OAuth access and refresh tokens.
  • All posts, scheduled drafts, media uploads, and metrics.
  • All comments, direct-message conversations, and messages.
  • All boost campaigns, ad accounts, and boost metrics.
  • All Airtable connections and sources.
  • All workspace memberships and pending invitations.

We may retain limited audit logs (for example, request timestamps) for up to 90 days where required to prevent abuse, after which they are also removed.

5. Email contact

You can also email privacy@ateliersocial.io from the address tied to your account. We respond within 30 days.
